A single-producer, single-consumer queue for sending pulses across asynchronous tasks.

Structs

Receiver	The receiving-half of `pulse::channel`.
Sender	The sending-half of `pulse::channel`.

The error type returned from Sender::send.

Maximum capacity of the channel.

Creates a new pulse channel, returning the sender/receiver halves.
